Karachi 28^th June 2010: A press briefing for the upcoming Atrium Cinemas, A project of Atrium Mall and Mandviwalla Entertainment was held at a local hotel in Karachi recently. The personification behind this event was to announce the arrival of Atrium Cinemas, which will introduce the latest D-cinema or Digital Cinema technology with 3D capability in Pakistan along with introducing the people behind this magnanimous project.

Mr. Nadeem H. Mandviwalla said to the media that future is more towards digital Cinemas and it has more focused on team efforts instead of individual concerns, he also told to press/media that 20 years before single movie release in 22 cinemas at a time but now Karachi has only 29 cinemas; Government of Pakistan has to pay attention towards Pakistani Film Industry for the enhancement of it. Mr. Mandviwalla also elaborated his thought towards the digital cinema that after 5 to 10 year only digital cinema can only survive in this industry.

On this occasion, an animated presentation given to the audience depicting the finished form of the cinemas which are anticipated to start operations later this year. It is claimed by its developers that Atrium Cinemas are going to take the cinema industry of Pakistan in the 20^th Century by the introduction of state of the art facilities and also by introducing interactive services with a vision to provide excellence and accessibility to their customers which is not available in other cinema in Pakistan
